MSN Hotmail has been silently bouncing the welcome emails. They appear neither in a users junk mail or in the inbox. We are working on that problem. Until it is fixed, please use gmail, yahoo mail, or some other account. 

Please let us know via the 'contact us' link at the bottom of this page if the welcome email is not getting through.

The Microsoft folks have been helpful thus far. Hotmail accounts seem to be working again, though the mail may still occasionally end up in the junk/spam folder.
